Toronto Airport Pearson YZZ
Toronto Pearson International Airport (IATA : YYZ, ICAO : CYYZ) is an international airport serving the city of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, as well as the greater metropolitan area with a total population of 8.7 million. The airport is located 22.5 km northwest of downtown Toronto, in the adjacent city of Mississauga. The airport was named in honour of Lester Pearson, who was Canadian Prime Minister and a Nobel Peace Prize-winning figure.
Pearson is the largest and busiest airport in Canada. In 2014, the airport served over 38.5 million passengers and over 430,000 aircraft used the airport in 2013 for their connections.
